Refund & Cancelation Policy

We take great care when preparing all orders and pride ourselves on the supply of high-quality products and customer service. Every order leaves us in perfect condition.
We do not take any Guarantee and responsibility for balloon popped due to rough handling, changes in temperature or exposure to elements after they have left our premises if you are picking up your order or after we have left your home or the venue if we are delivering your balloons.


Once the balloons leave our door or have been safely delivered they are out of our control and no refund or free remake will be offered if they pop or deflate. 
No exceptions apply.

We are happy to remake the balloons with a 40% remake discount + delivery fee if applicable. Wait times are expected due to our high order volume.

However, refunds may apply under the following circumstances:

  • Should your balloon pops or damage while in the care of NiZe Online transportation, and it's not possible to provide a replacement same-day
  • Nize Online fails to deliver your order on the scheduled day due to unexpected emergencies.
  • You've received an incorrect order and a replacement cannot be provided on the day
  • For change of mind or event cancellations, a full refund can be processed with 72 hour notice. Less than 72hours we will retained some amount as we start to prepared your order. How much depends on the order.

Balloons are fragile and may pop on its own due to pressure, temperature and humidity. Please take care to keep your balloons in a room with stable temperature to prevent disappointment.

Every effort is made to ensure your entire order experience is satisfactory, yet mistakes can happen. If an issue arises, contact us promptly for resolution.

 

Cancelation Policy

If you decide to cancel your order, kindly inform us promptly. We are only able to cancel orders that have not been initiated yet. A partial amount will be retained if the order has begun. The specific amount retained will vary depending on the order. Cancelation request should be made by email.
