At the moment we are a fully home base online business, we do not have a dedicated store for viewing. However, we aim to provide as much details and high quality photos for our products so you will know what you're getting. Feel free to reach out to us if you are after more information.
About Order
My Balloons popped after pickup and delivery
We take great care when preparing all orders and pride ourselves on the supply of high-quality products and customer service.
Every order leaves us in perfect condition.
We do not take Guarantee and responsibility for balloon popped due to rough handling, changes in temperature or exposure to elements after they have left our premises if you are picking up your order or after we have left your home or the venue if we are delivering your balloons.
Once the balloons leave our door or have been safely delivered they are out of our control and no refund or free remake will be offered if they pop or deflate.
No exceptions apply.
We are happy to remake the balloons with a 25% remake discount + delivery fee if applicable. Please note that wait times will apply should we be busy with other orders.
Do you accept Rush Order?
Yes we accept rush order, simply
- Make your order by 9AM for SAME DAY pickup,
- SAME DAY delivery not available, Next Day Delivery Available simply make an order by 1pm.
- Service is exclusively offered on weekdays, potential availability on weekends.
- During peak seasons, Same day Pickup & Next Day Delivery are not available.

How long your Hot Air Balloon gift boxes last?
As the Clear balloon for the hot air balloon are air-filled, it will stay inflated for weeks if not months or so depending on atmospheric conditions. Fluctuating temperatures, humidity and heat will affect longevity of balloon.
Please take care to avoid direct flame or sharp objects especially when transporting as it is a fragile item after all and may pop!
Please be aware that we do not provide complimentary replacements for burst or popped balloons once they have been delivered/picked up.
Are the personalised writing is printed on the balloon?
No they are created with vinyl stickers. Therefore it is normal to expect the decals to lift as the balloons gradually deflate, this happens faster with helium balloons (after 4 - 6 hours) than with air filled balloon hot air balloons (up to months)
Can we cancel our order?
Please refer on our Refund and Cancelation Policy for this questions.
Should you wish to change collection/delivery date of your gift, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice, however this date change will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

I have a picture of balloons that I love. Can you supply the same for me?
We are happy to use your inspiration photo as a reference; however, please note that the final result may not be an exact replica, as designs are subject to material availability and individual styling.
If you are requesting a specific foil balloon design or character, we may not always be able to source the exact item. In such cases, we will provide you with alternative options for your review and approval before proceeding with your order.
I accidentally provided incorrect information, can I make changes to my order?
Yes, you can make changes to your order as soon as possible, when we have not yet started processing it.

Can we pickup our order?
We are pleased to offer convenient pickup options from our two private locations in Seven Hills (Barbara Boulevard) and St Marys.
Full address details will be provided upon confirmation of your order.

Pickup is available by appointment, seven days a week, to suit your schedule.
• St Marys 2760
Pickup from our St Marys location is offered on select days only. Kindly contact us to confirm availability prior to placing your order.
What happened if recipient not home when delivery time?
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our professional courier will carefully leave the order in a designated safe location, excluding balloon arrangements containing money, which require hand delivery.
Please note: Once the item is left unattended, we cannot guarantee its condition or be held responsible for loss or damage.
In situations where no safe location is available—particularly in apartment buildings—our courier will attempt to contact you and wait up to 5 minutes for further instructions. If no resolution is reached, the delivery will be rescheduled for the next available day, subject to a redelivery fee.
To ensure a smooth and successful delivery, we kindly ask that you provide clear delivery instructions, including access details and contact information.
Can we choose delivery date and time?
Yes, you may select your preferred delivery date and time frame.
While the delivery date is guaranteed, please note that specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Time frame options will be provided for you to choose from.
We'll reach out to you as soon as we start processing your order for delivery scheduling. While we strive to meet specific delivery times, occasionally adjustments are necessary to accommodate existing orders and delivery routes. If your delivery time is fixed, please contact NiZe Online before placing your order to ensure we can meet your needs.
Occasional delays beyond our control like traffic, weather, or mechanical issues can impact delivery time. NiZe Online is not responsible if your order cannot be delivered on time due to unforeseen circumstances, and no refunds will be provided.
Please provide as much information as you can to assist courier with a successful delivery.
Do you ship interstate?
Selected products are eligible for interstate shipping (limited availability).
All applicable shipping details will be clearly outlined in each product listing.
If you are unsure whether a product can be shipped to your location, please don’t hesitate to contact us for clarification.
Helium
How long your helium balloons last?
We include balloon treatment in all our helium latex balloons to extend the float time, depending on its atmospheric condition, they will likely stay afloat for the entire day! However, we would recommend getting the balloons as close as possible to the start of the event as they will slowly deflate after 8 - 10 hours. Though this is dependable on the atmospheric conditions like humidity and temperature.
NB Float times may be reduced by humidity, changes in environment and weather including elevations significantly above sea level, exposure to direct sunlight and cold air.
I have purchased a personalised balloon and the lettering has started bubbling and lifting. Is my balloon faulty?
We use high-quality vinyl stickers for personalised text on bubble and foil balloons. Please note that as the balloon gradually deflates over time, the vinyl may begin to bubble or lift. This is a natural occurrence and is not considered a fault or defect.
We recommend displaying your personalised balloons in a cool, indoor environment to help maintain their appearance for as long as possible.
I purchased balloons from somewhere else, can you inflate them with helium for me?
We are happy to assist with inflating balloons that have not been purchased from us. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the quality or condition of third-party balloons.
As such, we accept no responsibility for any damage or faults that may occur during inflation and are unable to offer replacements or refunds for customer-supplied balloons.
